Are you seeking a challenging and varied career in HR but don’t know where to start? Are you willing to commit to a full and comprehensive training plan for 3 years in order to qualify as a CIPD Level 3 HR Practitioner?

This is a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive and dedicated firsthand experience in the world of HR as part of a highly successful Engineering Consultancy. This role is an exceptional development opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to learn.
The role is permanent and based at our Eastington (GL10) Head Office. Salary is between £20,000 to £23,000 depending on qualifications and previous experience increasing to £24,500 after the first year, with our full range of benefits and a guaranteed £5K salary increase once qualified. You will spend one day a week at Cirencester College so ideally you’ll be able to drive and already have the Right to Work in the UK as this role will not be Sponsored.
