CNC Router Operator
Boroughbridge, £28-32k, immediate start, precision work
Immediate opportunity available for a CNC Setter Operator to join a well-established company. You will be responsible for setting up and operating of precision CNC Routers to produce high-quality parts. Training will be required to operate the machines as they are non-standard so we can consider anyone with a background in CNC who is happy to learn.
As the CNC Setter Operator you will:
Learn to operate set and run precision CNC routers
Undertake tool changes and program editing
Produce components to production deadlines
Work to tight tolerances and strict quality standards
You will::
Ideally, be apprentice trained or hold a relevant engineering qualification
Have confident CNC setting and operating experience
Have experience working to high-quality standards and have used measuring equipment previously
Have confident problem-solving skills
Be happy to learn how to operate new equipment
Have the ability to select, set, and change machine tools
Any experience of 3 Axis routers or milling machines would be advantageous
