As a Repairs Planner, you will be carrying out the following duties:
• To maintain close working relationships with Customer Services Team to deliver a seamless, efficient repairs service
• To maintain and update IT systems with information relating to customers, repairs and complaints
• To maintain the asset data register
• To conduct customer surveys and compile results
• To help support the planners with work orders
• Report to management on costs of repairs/planned programme budgets
• Ensuring that all financial matters are adhered to and the budget is maximised to deliver an optimum repairs service and Repairs Team income
To be successful as a Repairs Planner, you will have experience:
• In a similar role within social housing
• In a fast paced, performance-based role
• In handling inbound and outbound customer interactions
• In communicating information accurately, clearly and concisely
• In identifying customer needs and adapt approach accordingly
• In operating a variety of systems, including work planning software, CRM systems and Microsoft Office
