Payroll Supervisor

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Payroll Supervisor based in Aberdeen City Centre. This is a permanent, full time position, working in office.
Main Duties include:
- Responsible for a small team, delegating tasks and maintaining morale
- Setting and adhering to payroll deadlines
- Communicating with external clients in a professional manner, and responding to queries promptly
- Ensuring excellent standards of service are met and fostering strong relationships with clients
- Supporting Senior Management with proposals for new clients
- Consider any improvements that could be made to internal processes and implement accordingly
Suitable candidates should have the following:
- Excellent working knowledge of SAGE Payroll (Essential)
- Experience of processing several payrolls against various deadlines
- Experience of managing a team
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Xero Payroll (Desirable)
