Job Requirements: Experience working with children or young adults
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Ability to manage challenging behavior
Excellent communication skills
Positive and patient attitude
Mentor students to improve behavior and engagement
Support teachers in managing classroom dynamics
Implement strategies to promote positive outcomes
Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
Monitor and report on progress
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Successful completion of background safer recruitment checks
Provide 2 references
