As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and company goals.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and work closely with clients to realize these opportunities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
