Our well-established client are recruiting for a Vehicle Electrician to join their growing team.

Electrical Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working on bespoke equipment
• Install electrical control systems (Digital I/O, PLC etc.)
• Test electrical control systems
• Read and work from wiring diagrams
• Communicate electrical issues to non-electrical colleagues

The ideal Electrical Technician will have:

• Knowledge of fundamentals of electrical wiring.
• Knowledge of control systems.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams from existing vehicle electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose electrical malfunctions within automotive systems
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Complex problem solving
• Ability to communicate electrical issues to non-electrical colleagues
• Knowledge of pneumatic control systems
• Basic mechanical skills

Electrical Technician working hours:

• 40 Hour week
• Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30
• 23 days holiday + bank holidays
