Job Description:
An experienced CNC Programmer Setter Operator is required to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with either milling or turning and will be proficient in using Fanuc, Haas, and/or Heidenhain controls. This role requires a self-sufficient and versatile individual who is also a key team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines with precision.
• Work with a variety of materials, including titanium, inconel, and stainless steel.
• Produce complex bespoke pieces and prototypes, as well as small batch runs.
• Ensure high standards of quality and meet strict deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a CNC Programmer Setter Operator.
• Proficient with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain, and/or Haas controls.
• Experience with milling or turning.
• Self-sufficient and versatile.
• Key team player with excellent collaboration skills.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience in medical/aerospace/defence engineering components.
