Integrated Project Manager - Creative Advertising Agency - 9 month FTC

This fantastic Creative Advertising Agency is looking for a Project Manager to join the team where you will be working on their clients within the Telecommunications / Mobile sector and Automotive.

You will be involved in planning the approach to projects, doing estimates and them overseeing every stage of the creative development, from briefing through to final delivery.  Leading the team, ensuring tasks and timings are clear and the right people are working on the right initiatives at the right time, making sure that the project deliverables and business deadlines are met.

• Develop, implement and manage project plans ensuring the delivery of projects are on time and on budget.
• Working closely with the Account teams, communicating with clients and teams on an ongoing basis making sure project requirements are met and understood.
• Preparing and updating project management documentation including project plans, change requests, and resource updates.
• Producing thorough and accurate delivery plan and statement of works.

Experience Needed

• Project management experience managing multi-phased, cross channel campaigns and digital projects.
• BTL experience, Digital Banners, Digital Assets, Print & POS.
• Experience of delivering projects on time, on budget and maintaining effective client and team relationships
• In-depth knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes
• Understanding of Digital technologies
