We are looking for a dynamic Change Manager with a strong understanding of change management and project controls  principles with demonstrated ability to drive successful change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Project Control, Estimation, and EAC implementation and management in a regulated industrial sector. Stakeholder management is crucial, thus, proven experience with multi-stakeholder integrated programs is essential.

Key qualifications:

- Strong expertise in change management with a track record of effectively influencing and implementing change

- Experience in project control, cost estimation, and EAC (Estimate at Completion) management within regulated industries

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients and delivery partners

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

Role responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the PMO & Delivery Commercial Lead and Project Controls Director to ensure seamless project integration

- Provide timely updates on the control budget and deliver cost advice by engaging with various departments

- Interface with external stakeholders, such as clients and delivery partners, to facilitate effective communication and cooperation

Project responsibilities:

- Maintain and oversee the Control Budget

- Develop and implement innovative Control Budget Tools to enhance project management

- Conduct EAC reporting and trend analysis for the Affordable Budget

- Document and manage costing changes from Handover 1 to Handover 2 design, ensuring the latest design information is accessible to relevant teams

- Support i-PMO (MEH programme-wide) Project Controls and establish effective communication with Client governance
