Your new role
As the Campaign Marketing Manager, you'll drive strategic marketing activities aligned with our business plan. Leverage your expertise to spark new market conversations, influence clients, and outperform competitors.
Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create tailored plans for renewables and offshore wind campaigns.

  • Audience Segmentation

Identify and segment target personas within the renewables and offshore wind industries.
Understand their pain points, needs, and motivations.

  • Content Development

Generate high-quality, industry-specific content (whitepapers, case studies, etc.).
Collaborate with experts for accuracy and relevance.

  • Multi-Channel Marketing

Implement and manage digital, social, email, event, and PR campaigns.
Optimise channels for maximum reach and engagement.

  • Lead Generation and Nurturing

Create lead strategies using automation tools.
Prioritise leads for sales teams.

  • Campaign Performance Analysis

Set KPIs and analyse data to improve campaigns in real-time.

  • Budget Management

Allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.
Monitor expenses and adhere to the budget.

  • Market Research

Stay informed about industry trends and regulations.
Use research to inform strategies and content.

  • Environmental and Industry Knowledge

Deep understanding of environmental and renewable energy concepts.
Stay updated on sector advancements.

What you'll need to succeed
Essential:

  • Proven campaign marketing experience with tangible ROI.
  • In-depth knowledge of renewable energy, especially offshore wind.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, data analytics, and automation platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and networking abilities.

  • CIM qualification or equivalent.
