Senior Project Manager

We are working with an existing client who are looking for a Dynamic Project Manager to take ownership of 2 £5m prime residential projects based in Oxford.
As a project Manager you will:
- Be accountable for day to day running of the projects
- Ownership & Leadership of the team
- Attend pre-contract and Site meetings from start to finish
- Liaise with Internal teams on project progress and problems
- Make sure compliance is implemented throughout the project
- Liaise with Design teams and internal management to ensure health & safety and Quality Standards
- Liaise with Client and ensure Client Satisfaction through-out the project
- Establish strong relationships with Subcontractors and Site Manager to ensure smooth running or the project
- Work with Internal teams regarding procurement
- Managing risk and documenting lessons learnt for other projects
- Reporting all aspects of the project, Cost, timeframes, problems, risks, solutions
The Project Manager must have/be:
- A detailed knowledge of Prime Residential Refurbishment
- Strong management and people skills
- Excellent Sub-contractor management skills
- A proven track record of delivering projects
- Excellent reporting & Client Management skills
- Demonstrate Contractual Awareness
- Stable employment history
- Excellent communication and oral skills
- Dynamic & Driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised
