We are working with an award winning contractor who are looking for an Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in London.
The candidate would has experience in Build within Education, Accommodation or Local Authorities. The candidate could be someone who has 4 years experience or more.
The Quantity Surveyor would
- Oversee the project costs, commercial and supply chain and report correctly
- Create, maintain and provide reports containing commercial risk and opportunity register on all projects..
- Health & Safety is in place for all packages on all projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Support the Commercial Sector Lead
- Negotiation of sector commercial agreements and contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Maintain and support project cost estimating and forecasting
