The Role 

This leading nationwide property services company is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to work at a property in Redhill, Surrey. 

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour break (35 hours per week; Hours can be flexible). The salary is between £22,000 - £30,000 depending upon experience.

What will you be doing as Maintenance Technician? 

• Have an understanding of general site maintenance and health and safety programs 

• Operate door and gate entry systems and report any maintenance issues 

• Basic maintenance and repairs around the site 

• Painting and decorating of communal areas on the site when required 

• Empty and deep clean bin areas and cycle store facilities 

• Litter pick when required and ensure all grounds remain clean and tidy 

• Manage stock levels and ensure all necessary tools and supplies are in stock 

• Monitor contractors when on site 

• Monthly meter readings and recording of readings across the site 

What are we looking for in our Maintenance Technician? 

• Basic maintenance skills 

• Painting and decorating skills 

• Willingness to clean bin store areas and litter pick 

• Understanding of general health and safety measures 

• Able to use initiative and work independently 

• Enthusiastic with an approachable personality
