Aspire People are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to work in a lovely school in Gloucester starting from September 2024.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to providing a high-quality learning experience for every student.

Responsibilities:
*Assess and evaluate student progress, setting and tracking individual goals
*Create and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to be active learners
*Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
*Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding
*Teach phonics using the Read Write Inc. scheme, helping students to develop their reading, writing and spelling skills

Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Proven experience teaching primary school students
*Knowledge and experience of the UK National Curriculum
*Strong organizational and planning skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Passion for education and a commitment to student success
