Site Manager Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Leadership: Lead and manage site staff and subcontractors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and complies with health and safety regulations.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including the project team, clients, and external partners.

Site Manager Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise industrial projects.
• Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Location: Ability to work on-site in Birmingham city centre.
