Senior Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Refurbishments / Fit Outs.
Blue Water Recruitment Limited are working alongside a specialist commercial fit out contractor that are located in Cardiff.
Our client works on a variety of projects such as hotel / office blocks refurbishments, restaurant fit outs, retail shopping centres.
They are looking for a Senior QS to take the projects from estimating stage to final accounts.
This position offers full time remote working, but you will need to be based within South Wales or Bristol.
The salary range for this role would be £65,000 - £70,000 plus package.
