What will you be doing?
- Being personable and charming with customers
- Asking questions to identify customer needs
- Upselling a range of products and services
- Building robust rapport with your customers
- Advising customers to find the right product for them
- Providing excellent service at all times

What do you need to apply?
- Minimum 12 months experience in a phone based sales role
- Able to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Confidence to work alone in a remote capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to multitask while on calls
- Experience using a range of computer systems
