Job Title: Helpdesk and Scheduling Administrator

Location: Fulbourn, Cambridge

Hours: Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00pm)

Remuneration: From £24,000 to £26,000 per annum

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Electrical & Mechanical Engineers to schedule maintenance jobs across different sites.
  • Work alongside Account Managers and Engineers to schedule jobs in a recognised global commercial service.
  • Manage the CRM system and handle incoming enquiries as first line support.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and Invoices.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Utilise Excel confidently to perform required tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals.

  • Confident in using Excel, and other I.T systems.
  • You must possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
