Responsibilities in your new role as the Live-in Head Bartender

As Head Bartender, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences through excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring compliance with licensing laws for responsible alcohol sales. You will train and mentor new staff, lead shifts for smooth operations, oversee daily tasks including inventory management, and collaborate with other departments to guarantee seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in a hospitality setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a bar/restaurant.
• Previous experience at a 4/5* level establishment.
• Enthusiastic about hospitality and dedicated to delivering high standards.
• Well presented with excellent communication skills.
