I am delighted to be recruiting for an Award winning RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice whose thriving team of talented Architects, Architectural Technicians and Planners deliver innovative, unique and technically expert designs across the residential, commercial, retail and Urban Design sectors. This dynamic practice are specialist within the residential sector and have extensive experience with large scale residential projects working alongside the top housing developers in the UK. With exciting plans for continuing their success they are keen to get an ambitious Architectural Technician to join their successful team in Chelmsford.

The Successful Architectural Technician will have experience working on residential projects with excellent technical abilities in AutoCAD and comprehensive awareness of current UK building regulations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or related subject
• Substantial post qualification experience
• Experience working on residential projects with house builders
• Confident communicator
• Capable at producing high quality tender and construction packages
• Well versed in AutoCAD and other industry standard software
• Keen eye for detail and strong technical abilities
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Driven to continuing professional development
• Keen to input to company growth
• Able to work well in a multidisciplined team
• Live locally to Essex
