We are currently recruiting for a talented Operations Manager (Director Designate) to join an Industry leading, multidisciplinary construction consultancy based from their Sevenoaks office. Our client is an award-winning multidisciplinary business that offer a range of services including; Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Fire Engineering, Employers Agent etc. They work with a range of clients including; local authorities, commercial clients, private organisations, PFI & Building Managers and Public Sectors.

The Operations Manager will be overseeing Building Surveying a Project Delivery managing a team of professionals. Responsible for the overall delivery of designs, projects and programming while coordinating with the finance team to ensure successful fee management and projection.

• Salary: £70k - £85k (guide only- open to discussion DOE)

• Managing a team of Building Surveyor & Project Managers
• Reporting to the Managing Director
• Assist with business development and bid submissions
• Fee management alongside the finance team
• Exhaustive list of duties can be provided

• Prior experience within Building Consultancy
• Hold relevant qualifications- MRICS, MCIOB etc.
• Must have experience in one or more of the following; building surveying, contract administration, project management
• Based within commuting distance of Sevenoaks
• Willing to travel to London & South East as required
