Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to work across KS1. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students at the preliminary stages of their educational journey. Who Should Apply?

• Candidates who have completed either of the following QTS, PGCE, DET, SCITT
• Over 1 year experience as a Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education or relevant field.
• Sports background (Level 1 qualification in a sport)
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
