HGV Driver - Class 2 – Allington

We are currently seeking a dedicated Multidrop HGV Driver to join our team in the transportation industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting chilled and ambient produce in Kent and the surrounding areas.
- Early Start times usually between 04:00am and 06:00am – some later starts available
- Site runs 7 days a week
- 5 days a week available
- Thurs-Sun (+ one additional day either side)
- Multidrop deliveries
Duties of a HGV Driver (Class 2):
- Roles are temporary ongoing with opportunities for long term assignments.
- We are looking for people with a good attitude and enthusiasm; HGV driving experience is essential.
- Duties will include delivering stock to stores around the South-East of England.
- Some heavy lifting involved – full Manual Handling Training Provided.
- Keeping accurate records
- Vehicle checks
- Following all driving laws and legislation
About you:
Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in HGV driving is essential. You must be 21+ to apply for this position;
- Up to date Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- Appropriate license
- No more than 6 points on driving licence
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Full training given.
- No Drink Driving offences Drug and Alcohol testing
- Driving assessment required
