- Manage a portfolio of clients that you will be the point of contact for
- Preparing and submitting year-end accounts under FRS102 & FRS105
- Preparing and submitting both personal and corporate tax returns
- Handle VAT return preparation and submission
- Oversee the bookkeeping
- Provide guidance to junior colleagues & reviewing their work as needed
- Act as liaison with HMRC on behalf of clients
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships
- ACCA/ACA part or fully qualified
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in UK accountancy practices
- Robust understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in various accounting software platforms such as Xero, Quickbooks & Sage
- Meticulous attention to numerical data and detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, fostering rapport with clients and colleagues
