Role -  Mental health Recovery worker

Hours  30 hours a week, Shifts 8-4 / 9-5 / 2-10 and 1 sleep a week with £75/80 enhancement rate 

Salary pro rata for 30 hours at - £12ph plus Sleep rate 

Location - Lytham St Annes, FY8

About the role :

Working in a 11 Bed residential service  to people experiencing mental ill health.

Every resident has a mental health individual rehabilitation intervention plans, such as social anxiety, anxiety, financial, learning disabilities support, positive self image, dietary, healthy eating, medication, sleep hygiene, DBT facilitating self help, anger management, building resilience, life skills, solution based therapy stress management.


Ideal candidate :

- strong and confident communication skills

- Personal or professional experience of understanding mental health conditions

- Value equality and Diversity

- Good level of Technical ability to report write and send emails

- Safeguarding of adults

- Professional Boundaires and having a professional attitude to work

- Person centered and passionate about making a difference
