Application Support Engineer – SaaS - Up to £30,000 - Fully Remote
An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client who are a leading SaaS company. The company provide data driven applications used by some of the worlds biggest brands.
You will provide software support to their client base and internal users. This will involve supporting the core software application, API, third party integrations, and the suite of mobile apps.

You will provide software support to their client base and internal users. This will involve supporting the core software application, API, third party integrations, and the suite of mobile apps.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Building and configuring SaaS applications for new clients.
- Working with clients to enable integrations such as Microsoft Exchange / Google Workspace and SSO (Single Sign-On)
- Working closely with development/QA teams
- Ensuring the ticketing system (Jira) is always up to date.
- Joining Sales/Delivery/Support calls to provide technical input on areas such as systems integration or hardware.
- Authoring and supporting clients with technical project/design documentation.
- Constantly looking for ways to improve technical delivery processes, teamwork, and knowledge sharing.
- Investigating escalated client support issues and resolving or escalating, with high quality supporting documentation and communication throughout.
- Participate in “Out of Hours” escalation rota
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience providing SaaS support to internal/external users
- Previous experience working alongside development/QA teams to assist with bug identification/fixing
- An understanding of modern authentication methods (SSO).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra (previously Microsoft AAD) and Endpoint
- Basic HTML/CSS experience
- Experience with SQL – required for troubleshooting and for importing data
- Basic knowledge of API Integrations.
- Basic knowledge of AWS.
Package:
- Up to £30,000 base salary
- Fully Remote
- 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays).

- PMI after successful completion of probation.
- Company pension after 3 months service.
