This is a fantastic opportunity for a practice trained accountant to secure a first move into industry or a career progression opportunity for an industry based practice trained accountant. The role is No.2 to the head of finance.

The salary band is £45,000 - £55,000 with career progression to financial controller.

We are looking to recruit a hands-on Finance Manager to join the growing finance team and assist with team management, accounts preparation, staff training and process implementation and improvement.

Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing a team of four finance assistants to produce management accounts for several limited companies in the group.
• Group consolidation.
• Implementation of new processes in preparation for the group's first year audit.
• Training and supervision of junior staff.
• Liaising with team managers throughout the business to resolve queries.
• Payroll reporting.
