NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Compliance Associate to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.

We are seeking a Compliance Associate who will be responsible for managing and overseeing travel and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Every day you will … 

  • Be the first point of escalation for any expenses and travel queries that may arise, as well as provide direction to the team.
  • Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify receipts and documentation to ensure they meet internal and external requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues with submitted expenses.
  • Conduct regular audits of expense reports to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
