The Clinical Lead Nurse role offers a comprehensive package, including:
- Annual salary of £48,800.
- Hourly rate of up to £21.00.
- On-site parking.
- Structured shift pattern: Week 1 - 3 x 12-hour shifts, Week 2 - 4 x 12-hour shifts.
- Day shifts.
- Oversee clinical and professional decision-making within the care home.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach staff.
- Ensure compliance with The Health and Social Care Act 2008 and other relevant legislation.
- Manage crises and emergencies effectively.
- Write reports, chair meetings, and implement changes.
- Provide care and support to residents, particularly those with dementia and other conditions relevant to older people.
- A valid NMC PIN.
- Recent and significant experience in a similar care setting.
- Experience in supervision, mentoring, and coaching.
- Knowledge of The Health and Social Care Act 2008 and relevant legislation.
- Understanding of conditions relevant to older people, including dementia.
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
- Effective time management and crisis management abilities.
- Ability to write reports, chair meetings, and implement changes.
