Therapeutic Supervising Social Worker - £46,000

NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in South London.

This is a permanent role offering you stability.

They offer a very good salary, which can go up to £46,000 per annum.

They are a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency. They have a multi-disciplinary clinical team that includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, systemic family psychotherapists, trauma focused CBT therapists etc. They are working with evidence based interventions in order to treat children and young people with trauma.

You will have access to ongoing therapeutic training also, allowing you to develop your skills and to make a positive impact for the children in care.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will hold a small caseload of 7 foster families and approx. 10 - 12 young people.

The foster carers are located in South London area mostly.

The Supervising Social Worker will be working from home mostly, with one day work from their office.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering, preferably within a therapeutic setting. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
