Are you a passionate and dedicated cover supervisor looking for an exciting new opportunity in Burton-Upon-Trent? John Taylor Multi-Academy Trust are seeking experienced and professional cover supervisors to join our team, working across all key stages and subjects to support the varying needs of our schools. 

Cover supervising is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working in a school and transfer your skills from working with children in other fields such as youth work or coaching.

We have roles available to suit your needs whether this is full-time, part-time, long-term or day to day. We are looking for cover supervisors to support across all key stages and subject specialisms. As a cover supervisor, you will manage classroom behaviour and support the diverse needs of our schools.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with children (ideally classroom based)
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Valid enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have high expectations of all pupils
• Have high expectations of themselves and work collaboratively to improve teaching and raise standards across the schools
