On behalf of our client, ITS Building People (Southampton) are searching for an ambitious and career driven Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Brickwork specialist.
Due to sustained and continuous growth as well as an order book stretching well past 2024 they are looking to add to their commercial team. They focus on Brickwork Packages across the South Coast for large residential developers.

- Measurements and planning.
- Working from a schedule of rates and submitting quotes for approval.
- Organisation of labour and suppliers.
- Site visits and inspections across the South.
- Stakeholder management, maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Performance monitoring customer satisfaction, quality surveys.
- Variations, valuations and invoicing.
- Experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor or Surveyor Brickwork Specialist or similar
- Degree or HND/HNC Building Studies
