We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to join us in our mission and play a key role in the smooth operation of marketing activities.

Day to day, the Marketing Administrator will be:

  • First point of contact for clinics and internal departments, managing the marketing inbox and ensuring queries are dealt with quickly and passed to the right member of the team where appropriate
  • Updating the marketing intranet with latest news and support from marketing, including updating the marketing buy list
  • Ensuring marketing updates in The Loop (internal comms) are co-ordinated and provided on time
  • Updating Google Business Profiles of clinics across network
  • Providing administrative support for areas such as trademarking, practice photoshoot authorisation, Facebook ownership, clinic relocations etc.
  • Tracking marketing budgets and expenditure
  • Reporting on key areas of spend such as print activity
  • Working with Property team with clinic signage requirements
  • Preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing project support for wider marketing team

Ideally, the Marketing Administrator will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a similar industry or one that deals directly with consumers.
  • Experience with data entry and management
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and how to use data to generate meaningful reports.
  • Experience in budget tracking and basic financial reporting would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, PinMeTo or similar is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent time management and strong organisational abilities
  • Ability to prepare clear and effective reports and presentations
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Understanding of customer service principles to better serve both internal and external clients.
