LOCATION: Greenwich - London

PAY RATE: £220 - £250 PER DAY

About Our Client:

They operate as both a Design & Build Contractor and Main Contractor. They are a smaller business who often work under Tier 1 Principal Contractors. Projects vary from general build, residential and internal/externals refurbishment through to restoration works. The company operate from a South Essex based office, but projects can be national due to the types of clients the business have. Even in tough times, they are growing and can offer a lot for those looking to join the business.

The Role:

This is holiday cover and is from Friday 19th to Monday 29th, so 7 paid working days. You must have your CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. Ideally you will have knowledge of D&B Residential. You must be available for the dates above. This company are busy, they do have long term freelancers so if you do a good job, you may put yourself higher in the pecking order for future roles.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

• Worked for a Main Contractor and/or Design & Build Contractor.
• All relevant expected certificates – CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS
• Be available to work from Friday 19th to Monday 29th included
