What you will be doing:
- Lead on tender bids for the South West Water Framework, overseeing projects from inception to contract award.
- Collaborate closely with the Estimating Team to manage technical and commercial aspects of bids.
- Develop strategies and establish client relationships to secure project wins.
- Coordinate with various teams including construction delivery, design management, and planning to ensure seamless pre-construction phases.
- Proven expertise in site and pre-construction management with a strong background in bid submissions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Adept at rapid decision-making and adapting to dynamic project requirements.
- Strong numerical skills and proficient in technical writing.
