£45,000 - £55,000/annum plus package

My client are a prestigious, award-winning UK property and construction group with an excellent reputation for delivering significant, high-quality projects across the country. Schemes include luxury mixed-use developments and major residential / student accommodation projects.

They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business. You'll be working on a range of newly secured new build housing projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Control cost and maximise value
  • Mitigate risk using correct contractual procedures
  • Produce accurate monthly valuations on time
  • Access, value, and process labour and subcontractor payments, resolving any disputes promptly
  • Achieve best cashflow and variance analysis
  • Produce monthly CVR's
  • Report on opportunities, risk, and performance of projects.
