A highly regarded (Chambers and Legal 500) and well established partner firm of solicitors in Holborn is seeking a an Employment Law Solicitor to join its highly rated Employment Department.

The Role - Employment Law Solicitor

The successful Employment Law Solicitor will be joining a team of three partners and four solicitors and other support staff in the Employment Department.

The Employment Law Solicitor will likely have 2-6 PQE in employment law and will be focused on advising on a wide range of employment issues, and undertaking a variety of contentious and non-contentious work including reorganisations, disciplinaries and grievances, M&A transactional work, employment contracts, TUPE, employment status and tribunal/ court work.

If you are a self motivated with strong communication skills wanting to work as part of a small but dynamic team then this is the role for you.

  • Must be 2-6 PQE in Employment Law
  • Have both contentious and non=contentious experience
  • Strong academics
  • Will be ambitious, technically strong, hard working, and a good team player
  • Will be confident and sociable as well as discrete when dealing directly with clients
