Elevation Recruitment have been engaged on an exclusive role to support with their finance team where they have someone on long term absence - this role be ideal for an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk who can start within the next 2 days. Based in North Sheffield, this is a well established organisation, and you will be given full support.
- Invoice Management: Accurately process and verify incoming invoices.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and execute payment runs efficiently.
- Reconciliation: Assist in ledger reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies.
- Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the accounting system.
- Supplier Interaction: Communicate effectively with suppliers to address queries and payment issues.
- Experience: Proven experience in a purchase ledger or similar role.
- Skills: High attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software.
- Availability: Ready to start immediately.
- Attitude: Dependable, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt
