Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, and supporting the holistic development of our Foundation Phase students.
Responsibilities:

• 
  Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for Foundation Phase students.
• 
  Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• 
  Support the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of each child.
• 
  Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• 
  Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
• 
  Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to ensure each child's needs are met.
• 
  Maintain accurate records and reports on students' development and achievements.
• 
  Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Requirements:

• 
  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• 
  Experience working with Foundation Phase students, preferably in a school setting.
• 
  Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• 
  Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
