Are you passionate about shaping young minds and igniting a love for Religious Studies? Tradewind are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join a leading mixed secondary school in Redbridge as a Teacher of Religious Studies in September.

Tradewind's partner school boasts modern facilities and has staff and student development at the forefront of everything they do. In the early 2000's, the school underwent significant structural developments and they are proud of the physical and academic environment in which they have created. This secondary school is a desirable option for staff and parents to choose as a result of the 'Outstanding' Ofsted Grade they achieved in 2021 and due to the support that has been made evident by SLT for the whole school community in addition to the exceptional transport links to the school.

The Religious Studies department is well resourced and offers excellent opportunities for progression with two members of the team starting their teaching journey at the school. Being a bigger school, the department is above average in terms of sizing, and an emphasis is placed upon collaborative teaching and embracing a culture of shared pedagogy.
