Description

You will be working closely with existing customers handling a range of customer enquiries this could be in relation to booking a doctors appointment and providing some healthcare advice.

The role also be handling any claims coming into the business which will you will deal with from start to finish ensuring the best level of care.

You will be working in a busy environment handling a high volume of calls and enquiries on email working with the team to provide a first call resolution!
