CNC Machinist

My client based in Gateshead is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join an expanding team on a permanent basis.
Package -
* Salary is between £15.74 - £16.24 depending on experience
* Day shift
* Monday - Thursday
* 07:30 - 17:15
* Overtime available during weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays at an enhanced rate
* A weekly allowance to be added to pay after probation period
Duties -
* Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as turning, milling
* Read and interpret drawings
* Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
* Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
* Must have experience in programming and setting with Puma 400 & 700
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Experience -
* Turning experience but milling experience advantageous
* Experience of Mazatrol advantageous
* Ability to run Puma 400 & 700
