We have an exciting opportunity at our Harpurhey Campus to join us as Employability and Partnership Co-ordinator on a permanent, full time (35 hours per week) basis.
You will be responsible for developing and securing a wide range of work-related activities, supporting learners, tracking, monitoring, and enhancing their employability skills and curriculum. You will be required to work in partnership with the College's Careers, Employability and Welfare team, the Student Experience team and with curriculum departments to deliver an outstanding professional employability service. This will be achieved by offering a range of training and support for learners through 1:1 and group support prior to and during work placements, volunteering, projects, mock interviews, applications for work and other work-related activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Level 2 literacy or numeracy (or equivalent)
- Degree or relevant professional qualification would be desirable
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be desirable
- Experience and knowledge of one or more specific industries is desirable
