MS Dynamics 365 Trainer
Location: Belfast
Duration: 3 days contract
Rate: £450 - £500 per day + travel allowance
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 trainer to provide comprehensive training 12 -20 staff members based in Belfast. The ideal candidate will deliver training on the following elements:
Basic Navigation: Guide users through the Dynamics 365 SaaS interface and navigation components.
Data Management: Teach users how to manage data effectively, covering record entry, updates, searches, and best practices for data maintenance.
Customization and Configuration: Instruct advanced users on tailoring Dynamics 365 to meet company-specific needs, including changes to forms, views, workflows, and business processes.
Updates and New Features: Educate users on the update and feature rollout process within the SaaS model.
Troubleshooting: Equip users with the tools to resolve common issues.
Required skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics version 1612 (phone number removed) (DB (phone number removed) on-premise.
- Ability to develop and provide your own training materials.
- Experience in transitioning to SaaS versions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
