Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Payroll Files: Keeping payroll records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Onboard New Starters
  • Communicate Company Benefits: Use your creativity to make our benefits package shine and resonate.
  • Create Engaging Content with Canva: Design visually appealing materials to enhance our internal communications.
  • Assist with GDPR Compliance: Ensure all processes and procedures are followed.
  • Drive New Projects: Contribute to innovative projects aimed at enhancing overall service and employee satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Payroll Experience: While desirable, it's not a deal-breaker if you're willing to learn.
  • Canva and Workday Proficiency: Experience with these tools will give you a head start.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and ideas.
  • Adaptability and Attention to Detail: A positive attitude, flexibility, and a keen eye for detail are crucial.
