Cost Engineer

Nonstop are currently recruiting for a Cost Engineer to join one of the Sunday times Best Companies to work for within the Public Sector, so you will have a huge exposure to a network of people where you will gain more knowledge and develop your career.

This is a superb opportunity for someone wanting to work within the Nuclear Environment which is highly regulated. Initially a 15 month contract. (95% remote!)

As a Cost Engineer you will provide input to cost reports, including trend analysis and early warnings where necessary. Prepare, monitor and control of forecasts and budgets for specified projects, including change control.

Essential Skills

  • Professionally qualified with chartered or equivalent status
  • Success in a Project Controls environment or similar Cost role on a major construction project
  • Adept with tech such as Cost tools, Excel, and IT
  • Building rapport and creating great relationships
  • Motivating and building teams
