JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handyperson required in Rochdale for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site. This Handyperson role will initially be on a contract basis. MUST have an enhanced DBS.
HOURS
Monday to Friday
37.5 hours a week
Daily responsibilities will include:
*Maintenance and cleaning duties on site
*Key holder - opening and locking building
*Liaising with contractors on site

*Maintenance experience
