English Teacher with QTS (Qualified teacher status)

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a secondary school team at a school based in Birmingham. This is a temp to perm position offers the chance to inspire young minds and ignite a love for language and literature!

What You'll Do:

Deliver engaging and creative English lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4 (ages 11-16).
Foster students' literacy skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, and a love for the English language.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diverse voices and perspectives.
Support and guide students about their academic development and personal growth.
Who You Are:

A qualified teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECT's welcome).
Hold a Bachelor's degree in English or a related field (e.g., Literature, Communication).
Possess recent experience teaching English at the secondary school level.
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a stimulating learning environment.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
