The Sewing & Upholstery Machinist role:
- Manufacture prepared kits according to specification
- Follow product specification and sample provided.
- Use sewing machine to manufacture component parts.
- Use hand sewing to finish products.
- Assemble completed components to make finished products.
- Above all, delivering a first class service to your customers, where we strive not just to meet but to exceed your customer’s expectations.
- Any existing industrial sewing experience is a plus, but we will provide training if you have just basic sewing experience already, providing you have the right attitude and aptitude.
- Experience with CNC cutting table would be an advantage but not essential as training would be given.
- The ability to learn new skills quickly, together with attention to detail and accuracy.
- A team player who interacts well with colleagues.
- A positive approach to self improvement and development where you are able to review your own performance and service delivery in a culture of continuous improvement.
